A New Year

Winter solstice is around the corner, December 21st, 2023, the shortest day of the year.

After that, the days get longer as we make our way into spring.

Winter is the perfect time to plan and incorporate healthy habits, and new ways of being and doing.

Spring is the time for New Beginnings.

I started a list of habits I would like to keep doing better.

New ways to incorporate into my life and old ones to reinforce.
